Mate, you really do have a grievance about your loss but that doesn't mean your speculation about the future of the company is correct -- probably just the opposite. Sounds like you may be harbouring some regret after all , the potential is clear now. I think we do need an experienced miner on board though as suggested , but apart from that I am seeing the team ticking the boxes needed.
