    can any one point to where the finance with FT General has fallen over, I was away for 2 weeks so I may have missed it, IMO it has not and will void any conversations on the finance issue until that is announced, last I heard Magna was a back up plan, I understand they have indicated Magnas interest rate and costs associated but FT as far as I know is still alive
