Out with Conv notes in with some company amortisation debt structure @ 8.75%
These guys are O & G play with good assets (very good)
They are a producer but have been held back by company structure that is not shareholder friendly.
Debt facility anns here, don't pretend to understand fully and I'm a accountantbut seems to read ok if you don't concentrate on the details
