You just repeat the same stuff over and over.
This is stating that Bintan may have receive the mining licence illegally.
This means there is every chance the people of Kolosori didn't have a say who mines their land.
Whether or not it's AVQ they want to mine Kolosori, it wasn't Bintan they wanted there.
It was the mining minister that decide this without consultation from what I'm reading.
This also might show why AVQs licence spectacularly rejected without notice or explanation.
