I want to know how business partners being the size that NLC and NMDC are, are in business with any entity when they can make statements like "formally committed to financial close by 31st of March" when in reality there is no such possibility? NMDC knew before the board meeting that it was never going to be tabled, so how are they making their business partners look? What would they do in ECT's position? What about sunset dates, do they have any meaning? This was supposed to be concluded almost 9 months ago. How do big companies operate like this?
