In relation to TNG being given the land for the refinery,I found this sentence,curious: "The land site allocated to TNG for the Darwin Processing Plant Facility is currently Crown Land and the Company continues to have discussions with the NT Government on suitable terms of acquisition." I had also previously thought the land was ours,pending all necessary approvals.
