Hey DV. Good questions. Never ever got all the detail about the Bergen deal. But they left a clause in the deal for the guy to squirm out and take a chunk of change in the process. He took it. Were management naive. Sounds like it. Due diligience might have opened the window of opportunity.
Get the share on issue right. Its basic. And important. There are 1.16 million shares.
As a retail shareholder, you are not going to be be privy to the machinations of internal politics and the uglier details around important deals. That also is a regrettable reality.
What the truth is behind First Cape and the short selling would be very interesting ! The mob believe it happened. I can't recall how good the evidence is.
