Reducing the CAPEX,
Firstly look at the CAPEX.
It’s sectional and plant, contingency and infrastructure costs make it up.
Contingency is a % said for over runs in price for construction and can be mitigated in the first instance.
Infrastructure is there but could be reduced by commonwealth or state assistance due its for the general good of the regional area population.
So await BFS2 prior to discluding any CAPEX reduction or redirection of costs.
NAIF could offer up sums for infrastructure and relieve the burden on AUZ.
