i dont think we are going to see a commercial agreement by the end of the month based on that video, he could have easily said we are still on course for prior targets, instead he said that its hard to predict the market. We might not get any game changing annoucements anytime soon, realistically none are due. Short term share price will simply be dictated by escrowed shares being sold. I remain hopefull.
