If I read that correctly, VMx seem confident.

WIth immaterial provisions having been made, it means there is little upside to reported profit if the claim is successful, but significant cash upside from current position, and, if unsuccessful, there will be a material drop in reported profit but little cash effect from current.

It also means that the first half mediocre result was not a consequence of the John Holland claim since they didnt provide for it in a material way.
