Unfortunately I have to agree with you.
Can someone explain why in the last 4 weeks the SP lost over 40%? (it means it has to go 60% up to reach again 0.62 cents).
Just to compare: 4DS is up over 20% since the 19.02.2019. Bluechip ist up over 40%. Brainchip is down around 10%
So, now you have the answer. Would it go down without the consolidation? Yes it would, because of the escrowed shares coming soon, but the consolidation just helped to dive even more the SP.
When the SP is in deep depression you don't announce a consolidation without giving before very good news.
Look at BID.ASX, before they announced the consolidation they gave to the market a series of good news. What happened after the consolidation? Yes, of course, SP went up!
So, my question is why did we have a consolidation in times of extreme deep depression and just before escrowed shares would come to the market?
Aren't these synergies to dive as deep as possible the SP?
I'm extremely optimistic about the technology and that hasn't change. But now I'm afraid that Weebit Nano could sell the company to this potential big partner. And Coby didn't hide that in his interview in February, This would mean that maybe I will not be able to recover all the money I have lost with Weebit. This because we will have further dilution of our shares and I'm almost sure that the CR will occur in June.
At this point I'm not pessimistic, but it is important to question critically what the BOD is doing and how honest they are. I start to think they are doing everything for the potential big players even if it means very bad news for us small investors.
If I don't see a big announcement from Weebit till the end of this month, then I will wright my opinion about the honesty and transparency of WBT, even if nobody likes it.
Just sharing my concerns, because maybe it's gonna be Hugh only for the big players
