I don't think people necessarily look foolish when their predictions are wrong.
After all, on 02/03/18 your sentiment on EUR was 'Buy' when the price stood at 23.5 cents. Over the following year the price declined to 3.9 cents. Sometimes one gets it right, at other times wrong.
Anyway, I'll have a go at a prediction. In three months time I reckon the price of EUR will be 11 cents +/- 2 cents.
I may be right, I may be wrong - to state the obvious.
