I'm not suggesting anything. I'm saying that opinions differ and I find that Hawks' is objective and backed by research- as opposed to baseless fearmongering. I value said opinion.

And in regard to your opinion, which is partly based on fact, we (as opposed to this mob) have missed a few timelines. I'm not happy about it either, but it is a delicate situation- one which requires tact, not jumping up and down and demanding results now.

The rep posting on HC wasn't a waste of time. Posters complained about a lack of communication from the company. I believe they heard this and are doing their best to try to help. How many other companies do you know who do it?
