They don't even have detailed project cost budget.
Imo the $2.3million reqd is nonsense , this eill require so so much more
11.4 Project BudgetThere is no detailed project budget. US$2.3M has been allowed for plant refurbishment and an all up cost of US$10M which would include first fill, critical spares, owners cost, permitting and commissioning.To minimise the possibility of an unwanted cost blowout a more detailed budget based on the WBS should be developed.
11.5 Mechanical Equipment ListThe mechanical equipment list (MEL) is bare bones and needs development. The new equipment needs to be added to the MEL. This should also include installed power.
11.6 Plant DrawingsAll drawings on site are likely to be old hard copy. Flowsheets exist in electronic format. At some stage updated electronic drawing will need to generated.
