From what I can tell, there will be a commercial partnership that precedes product development, which I assume involves approval with different national registration bodies. One thing that I know is that before any approval in any advanced nation can occur, we need 90 day toxicology study results. Basically, we need to expose some rodents to the pesticide for 90 days to prove that it's safe. I haven't heard anything about this from the company so I guess that at least one of the partnership arrangements they have planned will involve running this study.
