Yeah... there's bots all over this at the moment. It's crap!
Few other big players will have there buys / sells finished soon... hopefully.
At this level, I understand that the big boys just rinse $ through these small caps and each month hope for jumps for profit. If no jump, they move to the next. They often have hundreds of these happening each month, and offset risk by getting a few that jump big that make up for all the nothings or drops. Part of this is of course an element of control just like the close we saw today.
