yes ok JohnB I am wrong about the finance minister an apolgise for that. i now know it is a finance directer. My reading was off like i said words gets mixed with dislexia no matter how much we consentrate. i think it was the word in the line above that did it. Manipulation was the word that got me.

What i think about waiting for ECT-REP to come on and say these kinds of things is right but. We do not need rumors being replaced for offical infamation.
