Once I have finished looking at the holder notices and they comfirm that based on AVZ's annoucement a 1.79% change has occurred I will write to Huayou by certified mail making them aware of AVZ's announcement.

Once Huayou are "aware" they will be obliged to lodge a substantial holder notice under Australian law if they agree with the number put forward yesterday in AVZ's announcement.

Just give me time to do my checks and to wait to see if Huayou lodge a notice over the next days. Esh
