Seriously whats a capper ?
Someone is selling on the frontline at 13 cents. Pretty obvious.
Probably a stale shareholder thats had enough and lost patience. Who knows the reasons why.
Good to get them out of the way and into the hands of fresh shareholders who understand what is happening here before all the good news starts flowing around the next quarterly.
