Ppl, we must all keep in mind that (back of the envelope), MYX has spent >$1bn USD (~$1.4bn AUD) in acquisitions ALONE since 2012, most notable (by size $USD):
The Teva acquisition cost a further ~USD $100m to acquire/integrate alone.
This does not include all the capitalised R&D costs, expansion of Aussie facilities, nor other internal product launches.
How is any of this reflected in our pathetic AUD $1.1bn market cap? yes yes, add back some debt...
Are we becoming a sum of parts (see above) proposition? Bring on a T/O...
