    Application for ASX formal de-listing approval

    In accordance with the undertakings ("Undertakings) provided to the Takeovers Panel by Flinders Mines Limited (“Company” or "Flinders") and announced on 20 February 2019, the Company has made a revised application to the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX” based on the Undertakings for the removal of the Company from the official list of the ASX under ASX Listing Rule 17.11 (“De-Listing”. The Company will continue to keep shareholders informed of any further material developments in relation to the De-Listing.
