The ANS board should actually announce it today whether the company has received the payment of shares subscription for $2.6 million (@ subscription share price at 0.013 discounted price) from the sophisticated investor who promised to pay more than 6 months ago. If the ANS board has not announced it this week, the company may violate the ASX Listing Rule 3.1 regarding Continuous Disclosure in particular related to material transaction.

Last year, 8 Chinese companies were DELISTED from the ASX due to reporting and governance issues.
