I reckon they will go bang again this afternoon.
As for the announcement, everyone still needs to chill. I highly doubt we have any issues at all, it will happen either this afternoon/tonight/early morning.
The brokers are just shaking the tree and getting full.
The auction this afternoon will be very interesting, if this goes back into the 1.80s then you are joking if you think the ship hasn't leaked.
