Its what most expected IMO - but now it is for sure (Eh, Umm) there will be a steady rerate.

Inca is operator - that is the best part, so news flow can come from Inca unimpeded (and I don't think South can impose a news block, and why should they?) - We are operator initially for the first $1.7 mill spend over 1 year, if the team including the new experts do a good job there is no reason it will not continue that way.

We have other things to think about - Cerro and Timor can't be ignored so there will be a need for cash in the medium term. But I expect that story has already been sketched out in some detail and we will get the details soon enough.

So all good guys, only the bofins slowed it down by finding a tiny legal detail to check at the last minute.
