I really can't see what the justification is for having him over there. NLC are in limbo waiting for NMDC approval, ECT are waiting for NMDC approval. Construction has not begun over there. We can't even get on the NMDC board meeting agenda. Things have stalled. Help me to understand what it is he does over there. Anyone? Wasn't his presence meant to facilitate and accelerate progress? What is he doing there that can't be done here via phone/Skype hookup?
This is not a personal attack on him. I just want to know what he does over there?
