Auditing standards require the disclosure of any payments to the auditor not directly related to the audit. This would include e.g., assistance with the R&D rebate claim or taxation advice.
If you are to call BS anywhere in this thread - I would refer you to company announcements e.g., SKI will "fund/finance" Sconi or BFS delayed due to relocation of plant or 8 - 9 potential investors lined up for funding. As much as I hate to say it (apologies to Flippa, JD, Rusty et al for whom I have the greatest respect) but for the time being this is playing out just as predicted by wax.
What we need are meaningful announcements from AUZ that can be relied on. I have recently emailed the company with my concerns, and not even acknowledgement of my communication has been received. I am awaiting resignation announcements to determine my next move (ie., stay of go).
