Re-reading DW's email and this stood out:
"As far as dilutiongoes, if we did not raise money then we would be doing nothing as there wouldbe no funds for activity. You can’t have it both ways."
Why the need for more capital raising if we're farming out? Isn't that the point of the farm out? For someone else to do it.
Or does he mean the farm out is the dilution?
