These are not subsidies. There is usually some reason for them, such as fuel excise exemptions which apply at all mines, not just coal mines, farms, railways and avgas - fuel excise was introduced to pay for roads. Planes, trains, tractors, and mine vehicles don’t run on roads. All vehicles running on roads must pay excise tax on the fuel they use, except EVs. So EVs already benefit from an exemption, and a significant one.

A true subsidy is where money is given to people for a purpose. These are not subsidies, but exemptions available to absolutely anyone who’s prepared to do the work. If you’re truly concerned about subsidies and their unproven effect on the climate, then start campaigning against subsidies for childcare and family payments. Reducing the population is the best way to reduce CO2 emissions.
