I have make the following touchups for item 54:

1. The sentence "But this did not Ansteel was released from the loan." to be rephased as "But this did not released Ansteel from the loan."

2. Add in at the end of item 54:

"I am also aware through the Hotcopper stock trading and investment forum that this loan was still recorded as outstanding in the KML 2017 Financial Statements filed with Australian Securities & Investments Commission under FR Note 17."


The ammended item 54 should now read like :

" 54. It appears that GBG wrote the loan off in the 2014 Annual Report (page70) and this appears reasonable based on the fact that KML was facing financial issues. But this did not released Ansteel from the loan. This was an internal accounting process by GBG. I am also aware via the Hotcopper stock trading and investment Forum that this loan was still recorded as outstanding in the KML 2017 Financial Statements filed with Australian Securities & Investments Commission under FR Note 17."
