The motor cycle market I agree has huge potential in Indonesia and other populous nations in the region it would be great to see the roll out occur as you are suggesting and I can't see why it won't.I believe they have even gone ev on a rickshaw design in India. Just the range of efficient battery powered tools on the market as opposed to even 5-10 years ago is an indication of momentum this has. Im interested in the Scandium hydrogen connection also as this seem to be popping up more as a fuel cell alternative for larger modes of transport.
