Getting PE rights is certainly an award but it will interesting to see if the court puts out guidance on what's being PE'd, would they for example require the Senegal asset stripped out of the Company it was transferred too..otherwise the process could just be repeated by COP ,a one page document and still no information on any liabilities hidden within the Company...going to be very interesting to see what the proess is should it get that far but IMO it will need a mechanism ..
