That's what I said too - because they couldn't raise more than $166k cash - no one wanted to give them cash, especially with a $2.5m cash payment hanging over the heads the whole time and then another one after that.

They probably would have shut shop like you say, without this merger, and I'm glad they struck the deal which now creates a completely new, strong, well-backed and supported company - nothing like the one we knew.

And hope as much as you want that the current holders reject the merger because they won't, because they're the ones that just threw a million bucks at the Company though the Company was only after $750k.

What happened to: "I HOPE IT'S A SUBSTANTIAL RAISE", "HOPEFULLY THE CR IS OF SUBSTANCE"??? lol

I don't recall a method of raising "substantial" cash without dilution???
