    Yes, but the last MNC CR didn't dilute its current holders to oblivion.

    You may as well have closed shop and created a new company, which is what is essentially happening now.

    Don't tell me this is in the best interest of current holders, because quite clearly it's not.

    I hope the current major SH's reject it tbh. Way better deals out there to initiate chuscal drilling.
