On 13 March 2019, the Company announced it had received notices under section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) requesting that the Company convene a general meeting of shareholders to consider the following resolutions:  Removal of Messrs Neil Warburton, Michael Wolley and Evan Davies as Directors;  Removal of any Director appointed from 9 March 2019 to the date of the general meeting; and Appointment of Mr Brendan Dunstan as a Director. The Company is considering the s249D Notices and will take appropriate action in relation to them.
