can you please clarify if you have it in writing that they provided pbt2 for the UQ research? Do you have that in writing anywhere where they state they provided the drug?
If you re read the statement I was given by the ASX that is not what they told them... “ We have also been advised that materials for the research were not provided by PBT and can be manufactured from publicly available information. Based on the above, we are therefore satisfied that the results of the research by the University of Queensland is not a disclosure matter for PBT.”
