I would suggest to be extremely careful with the assumptions behind the word SHOULD, which are based on previous FBR communications regarding bill of materials, sub mm accuracy, and the Solidworks CAD software module that the said they were developing.

For more than 3 years we all believed in the words in the original prospectus about routing.
FBR removed routing from the design spec of the HX without mentioning the removal to shareholders....until only a couple of weeks ago after people on this forum had been asking questions for the last 5 months (since the indoor build video). Yet the FWS blocks were designed and tested IMO 12 months ago so that services would go down the cores in the blocks. IMO the decision to remove routing from the features was made a long time ago and wasn't mentioned to share holders, despite being a feature of the FBR technology listed in the prospectus. .

The HX lays bricks (using adhesive) (some of which are cut in the HX) to a single story cap height in a predetermined pattern.
That is what we know as fact from the videos.
Realtime speed yet to be seen.
Waste volume and waste management yet to be seen.
Compliance with building codes yet to be seen.
Reduction in works compenstation yet to be proven/demonstrated.....note they had brickies on site manually laying bricks....and will have sparkies and plumbers in the roof feeding down services.

IMO Everything else is speculation and assumptions based on the words in the announcements are wind....until a video or detailed fully independant report proves it.
