A request for my proxy from PVD, No details about what there intentions or plans are... in my opinion they don't give two hoots about existing shareholders. Allegations that the current board are wasting $ since the trial are unfounded - remember they are not drawing any salaries.....replying to PVD has obviously cost $ - what did they expect?

i have been burnt by the trial results and as previously mentioned lost a bucket load. If the PVD crew had put forward any reasonable proposal of what there intentions are, then I may consider voting yes......but nothing, zip, nada........I Am not happy with the TIS/FTT debacle, but seems to me they have more credibility and have at all times tried salvage what they could for shareholders to extract value, simply put the product (snake oil) failed in the trial. It happens in the bio space. . IMO - better the devil you know......I will be voting no to all suggested resolutions.
