That's a standard disclaimer to put on a research piece that is widely available, including available to people who are not clients of Baillieu Ltd and therefore they want to disclaim liability for any investment decisions that are made by people who are not paying them for the advice...

I put a similar blurb at the bottom of presentations I do to other professionals at CPD seminars as they're not paying me for any advice so why should they get to rely on my PI insurance!
