If there's anything untoward here wouldn't have been a bigger red flag if the shares were sold after results announcement where the price went up about 15?......15% of $4.5m is about 600k! Who would voluntarily forgo over half a million bucks knowing that a good set of numbers is imminent? Especially out of the blackout period too.
Reckon Joe is off the mark again here and he's conflicting his journalistic integrity by diving into personal matters.
