in any case the two amounts are similar enough to arrive at the opinion that they could be related
share purchase $203,500 including commission loan amount 203,232 excluding commission. In the end what is important though is that the loan amount is justifiable and will be returned in full including any applicable interest.
If it turns out that the two amounts are related, it sure would be a risky investment preposition and the approval of the loan could be pulled into questioning. Especially seeing that the investment is now under water!
