Problem is illiquid stocks become self perpetual everyone knows the dead line with BWK is coming up it seems to me it's not going to be anything we didn't know in the original.ANN and BWK R N D with the blocks eons ago.
So what if they supply blocks that fit the machine great !
Question is how are they going go fund a mass build if the machines its delusional to think BWK will pay for that in reality
It's not there core business machinery or is it in there interests
In my opinion only.
KSA MOU build 50000 homes yeah right oh here's the contract when you have the machines -they aren't going to pay for the machines then say here build 500000 homes they are the client
It would be cheaper for them.to import 20000 workers like Dubai did to build a city workers from Bangladesh & Sri Lanka pay them peanuts
So question is what is the elephant in the room you guessed it who how and where will deal with the very important detail.of these machines been produced on mass
The quickest route to revenue is start a WA building company build in house 20 machines a year and get into simple greenfield WA developments where at the minute anyone in the trade will tell you it's very very quiet in resi construction in WA
That will change in a few years as cycles wash out by then maybe FBR building co if that's what they call it will have 20-30 machines versions 4-5 up and running
Point is serious revenue in my view is the best part of a decade away they might get revenue of some sort next two years but given the burn is 28-30 million PA in operational costs the reality is as an investment its a very long way of making serious dollars in my opinion.
