From an open watchlist... type in Forward slash /on your keyboard, followed by the index.
For example...
/XJO
/XGD
/COPTION (company options)
/SHORT (eligable short stocks)
/INTMKTS (International market Wrap)
$INDEXLIVE
I'm yet to find an Iress index that lists all that's available...but if you type in Forward Slash / then any letter of the alphabet, there will be a dropdown box appear with most of what is available under that letter.

Haha...Nabtrade still doesn't have live Chi-x data showing on their platform (lousy buggers).
(Trades still go thru either exchange though).
You can view some delayed data for what that's worth
