I wrote an Email to investor relations:

Hello, Can you please give me an indication whether we are anycloser to having a meeting with the FDA Re: their request for further info? Your update provided on the 17th of Jan statedthat the meeting would occur within 6-8 weeks…… We are now at that time. If the meeting is still not scheduled or will not occurwithin the promised timeframe I think you owe it to shareholders to explain whyit has not occurred… Cheers,

Today I received a reply: I have highlighted statements that scare me a little.........

Thank you for your email. The meeting you refer to has not yet occurred, andStarpharma is currently awaiting further information from the FDA regarding thetiming of the meeting. Starpharma is seeking to schedule the meeting as soon aspossible. The meeting is expected to clarify what confirmatory datawill be required and whether the requirement can be satisfied by additionalanalyses of existing clinical data on hand or, whether this will be through thegeneration of new confirmatory clinical data. Starpharma anticipates it will be able to provide additionalinformation following the FDA meeting, and the outcomes of the meeting havebeen confirmed in writing, which is typically several weeks after a meeting isheld.
