OK so how about this:
CCE make it Chrystal clear to SH that they are going to make a monumental shift in operations and put everything it has left into EMC. Sell off whatever it can from the wave energy side of things ( IP and whatever else is left) I think JB mentioned that CCE are no longer the forerunner in this space and to get back up from here with an unproven tech in a hostile environment is probably a bridge too far. Consolidate shares and Cap raise ( in the appropriate order) based on this scenario. Ditch the CCE tag and highlight EMC tag. Any revenue raised injected directly into EMC.
EMC works in a space which is proven, it has runs on the board but has a sh@t business model and the wrong people at the helm.
Maybe this is too hard for the board, maybe its easier to let it go into admin and start afresh somewhere else
Might have to think outside the box if SH are to have a chance at getting something back
