Im hoping for an SEI like annoucement where details of the deal are thoroughly detailed, whatever caveats etc are added, but that the main articles of the deal remain in place and that this will be signed by the due date.

or it has been delayed but not by more the say 2 months.

So yep, I bought some day before the halt for 1.3. Its complex, Im not all over the specifics obviously- something of a gambe really.

But at 50mill the downside can be mitigated. I see it as 50% downside (disaster- i.e they walked away and management present this like mugs)
vs
one -two bags - possibly more upside.

Risk reward in my favour but Im basically a degenerate when it comes to this stock.

but at least you cant claim I talk up my own play book too hard.. haha lol
