do they have to move from explorer to producer? i would think given proximity to the other players, they will be the ones who mine and process. once your resource is exhausted the infrastructure is deemed worthless, the only way as a company to keep getting a return is to look for a resource close by so they can still utilise there infrastructure. given the ponds are unlikely to wear out, and if demand is solid it will be bought. ive seen first hand what lengths companies go to to keep utilizing gear and people, it dont have to be a flash resource, just needs proximity.
