So you are saying at the maximum ARV in a sale is worth $125 million or 19 cents a share. I've seen other comments that suggest that the Radio Hill plant alone is worth $100 million.
Whatever we put on the the value of the assets is currently irrelevant because the market says it's only worth 5.6 cents a share or a total of $36 million. So even at your low ball valuations it would be a great takeover target for someone, which I'm concerned about.
