Hardly a revelation and it's barely a miscalculation or misrepresentation. Financial buyers essentially become part of the secondary market - proping it up at a later date. They are also buying in because they think higher prices WILL eventuate.
Regardless though, its primary production that utilities will be concerned about - and that is down. Secondary supply is a nice bonus to supply but it's much more finite - and by most accounts that has been slowing for years and will continue to do so - but funds are buying and it's not to make 5 or 10%. Say they "flood" the market. It's peanuts to demand requirements.
By 2030 China will consume 200m lbs per annum.
If I had your view on the Uranium market I'd never touch it. But I don't. So I have.. and I've lost money because I can't and haven't picked the bottom. Besides all that, you seem to be intimating that because these funds are buying somehow prices won't increase. You have a lot of interest in a market you seem to have no financial interest in - concerned citizen perhaps.
And yes, you were correct about AEE since 0.033 and 0.023. You also would have been correct about BOE, PDN, BMN, TOE and our Canadian/US listed friends Goviex, Fission and even Denison if you joined those forums and said the same thing in the same timelines (or the right time). But yes, AEE has lost a fair bit more. You have clearly made the right choice to supposedly stay away.
But who knows. Maybe you've been buying up big. There really isn't anyway of knowing (for us, here, on HC).
Your continued interest is fascinating as a non holder - I do somewhat welcome your differing views though, my sentiment towards them is however one of "caution" as it's just a bit odd in my opinion (not the views, just the frequency in which you share) that you are so very vested in keeping tabs on this minnow with a somewhat uncertain future.
Maybe you're just pissed off that a few holders (you know who you are) - were (probably) maybe a bit too dismissive / rude in response to your bearish sentiment up against their (very) bullish sentiment. But its a free forum (sort of). So do whatever you please. Will be keeping an eye out for your posts regardless, whether:
1. AEE continues its nose dive to 0.001 or
2. AEE actually has a run up at some point and we mineMaybe you'll one day be a holder and sing from the roof tops you were just waiting for the bottom. Or maybe you'll relish (and continue to share) your ability to "spot a loser" from a mile away.
Good luck all.
