You may be able to find your old watchlists by opening a new tab in Viewpoint (or use an existing tab that's blank).
Top left...open a new worksheet, then click "Add a Widget'...scroll to the bottom of the page, and double click on watchlist.
Top right side click "Load"...hopefully your old watchlists will be in the dropdown menu.
No guarantees of course, and yes Viewpoint is slow compared to Iress Trader.
