I've tried to provide information in the past. unfortunately it's a real hairy situation.
it was first "unsubstantiated" and removed.
i then provided screen-shotted evidence
it was then deemed "from banned members" and removed.
if you've got an email address or another handle I can share what I know.
you could also call management though I'm not sure you'll get anything other than verbal.
